This Privacy Policy explains what information AI FIX Parser ("we", "our", "the Software") collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information. We are committed to handling your data minimally and transparently.

We never collect your FIX messages, log file contents, or any trading data. All parsing happens locally on your device.
The Software uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics. Events include things like "app opened", "file parsed", and "sample loaded", along with numeric metrics such as message count and parse duration. No personally identifiable information (name, email, IP address) is associated with these events.
Analytics data is used solely to understand how the product is used and to prioritise improvements. It is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
When you activate a Pro license, the app sends your license key and a machine identifier (derived from your OS username and operating system name) to our licensing server. This information is used only to validate your license and enforce the one-device-at-a-time activation limit. It is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.
The license key and machine identifier are stored locally on your device in a configuration file so you do not need to re-enter the key after each launch.
Payments for Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your name, email address, and payment details. Their privacy policy governs the handling of that data. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was completed and the associated email address for license delivery.
We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers.
We do not sell your data to any third party.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, or to request deletion of your license record, contact us at support@aifixparser.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Because analytics are anonymous and cannot be linked back to an individual, we are unable to retrieve or delete specific analytics events.
The Software is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
