Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before downloading, installing, or using AI FIX Parser ("the Software"). By using the Software you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
AI FIX Parser is a developer debugging and analysis tool that parses and inspects FIX protocol log files on your local machine. It is not a trading platform, does not execute trades, and does not connect to any financial exchange or broker.
Free tier. Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the free version of the Software for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.
Pro tier. A Pro license is granted to the individual who purchased it. The license may be activated on one machine at a time. You may not share, resell, or redistribute your license key.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Software.
Pro plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed by our payment provider. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
If the Software does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within 14 days of your report, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid within the prior 30 days. To request a refund, contact us at support@aifixparser.com.
AI FIX Parser processes all FIX log data locally on your machine. No FIX messages or log content are transmitted to our servers. The Software may collect anonymous usage analytics (feature usage counts, parse performance metrics) to help us improve the product. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
When you activate a Pro license, your license key and a machine identifier are transmitted to our licensing server for validation. We do not share this data with third parties.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
The Software is a developer tool for inspecting FIX messages. It is not a source of financial advice. Any analysis or output produced by the Software is for informational and debugging purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All intellectual property rights in the Software remain with aifixparser.com. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Software or our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aifixparser.com operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
