AI FIX Parser is a developer debugging and analysis tool that parses and inspects FIX protocol log files on your local machine. It is not a trading platform, does not execute trades, and does not connect to any financial exchange or broker.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Software for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Software.
AI FIX Parser processes all FIX log data locally on your machine. No FIX messages or log content are transmitted to our servers. The Software may collect anonymous usage analytics (feature usage counts, parse performance metrics) to help us improve the product. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
The Software is a developer tool for inspecting FIX messages. It is not a source of financial advice. Any analysis or output produced by the Software is for informational and debugging purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 100.

All intellectual property rights in the Software remain with aifixparser.com. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Software or our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aifixparser.com operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
